Mastercard Holders (collectively the “Eligible Customers”).
(3) Designated Store in respect of this Promotion:
Theory Stores at Pacific Place, ifc mall, Lee Garden Two, Harbour City, New Town Plaza, Cityplaza and Theory online store on hk.theory.com (collectively “Theory Stores”).
(4) How to enjoy this Promotion:
Eligible Customers can enjoy 10% discount on regular-priced items at Theory Stores. Their purchase must be fully paid by Mastercard.
(5) General Terms and Conditions:
Save and except shopping mall coupons and designated “Gift With Purchase” offers designated by Theory from time to time, the promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional offers and coupons (including but not limited to Theory VIP discounts/Theory VIP Birthday discounts, shopping mall loyalty program discounts, other Credit Card Year-Round Discount and Theory CRM Coupons). VOC 2025
(1) Promotional Period:

Customers who successfully complete the survey designated by Theory (the “Survey”) during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Customers”).
(3) Designated Store in respect of this Promotion:
Theory Online Store at hk.theory.com, tw.theory.com, sg.theory.com and au.theory.com (collectively “Theory Online Stores”).
(4) How to enjoy this Promotion:
During the Promotional Period, Eligible Customers can enjoy a one-off 10% off on selected products (to be selected by Theory at its sole discretion) at Theory Online Stores (subject to the Excluded Products as defined below) (the “Discount”) upon successful completion of the Survey by entering the designated promotional code at checkout.
The promotional code would be shown upon completion of the Survey.

During the Promotional Period, each customer can only complete the Survey once, and enjoy the corresponding promotional offer (i.e. the Discount) once. During the Promotional Period, Eligible Customers (and their friends and family) can enjoy up to 50% off on selected items / designated products (to be selected / designated at Theory’s sole discretion) at Theory Online Stores (collectively the “Discount”) by entering a promotional code sent to Eligible Customers at checkout.
